If we have been unable to resolve your complaint, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Online Dispute Resolution
The Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is an initiative from the European Commission that helps EU residents, who have bought goods or services online, get complaints resolved.
ODR is designed mainly to assist where the customer is in one EU country and the company that supplied goods or services is in another. If you have purchased a Coverbox product online you can submit a complaint through the ODR platform. The ODR platform can then submit your complaint to the UK Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) to get your complaint resolved.
